Plant Pod will be a range of nutritious, delicious, plant-based, instant meal pots. But I'm in the early stages of developing them. So in the meantime I'll be sharing my food startup journey along with tips, how-tos and inspiration on how to eat a plant-based diet that's as fun as it is fulfilling. I'll have you milking nuts and sprouting buckwheat in no time! (Oh, and I'll also be offering cookery classes, consultancy, and a network for plant-based entrepreneurs. Phew.
“I love how the branding is coming along. It’s still early days and we’re not there yet, but I’m enjoying chipping away at it, bit by bit.…”
This isn’t how the finished pots will look - we’ll have the product details on the front and will probably either have branded pots or full wraparounds. 🎁⠀
But I love the general vibe. Credit to my talented friend @nadina.jpg 😘⠀

Having worked with hundreds of businesses over the years in my roles at Tech Nation, Hiscox and Moonfruit, I'm now starting my own business, armed with all the insight I could possibly dream of, having heard the stories, trials and tribulations of countless others.
"I love that it's healthy on-the-go food. When you're busy you just need to add water and you have a delicious meal, full of flavour. Yummy!" said Laura Pearce, a busy hot-shot lawyer and calisthenics fanatic from London.

I trained at PlantLab Culinary Institute in Los Angeles last summer where my mind was blown with the incredible raw vegan ingredients, techniques and creativity they shared.
I've also studied courses at Leiths School of Food and Wine including their food styling and photography course.
I'm excited to share all this knowledge and inspiration through developing recipes and menus for restaurants and organisations, cookery classes and all sorts of exciting plant-based projects.
I devised and executed this campaign to promote Tech Nation's Digital Business Academy - an online learning platform for startup founders and their teams.
I developed a compelling hook that played out through a press release, blog, social content, newsletter and video, delivering 10x the average views, users and learners completed on the first day of the campaign.
